A very nice remodel of our bathroom! I thought they did a beautiful job on our bathroom! Sam is a really a professional guy when it comes to remodeling bathroom or kitchen. We were promised that they will finished the job in three weeks, I thought they finished the project in two weeks. They had a store on Westheimer where they have a good selections of materials to choose from. I'll definitely consider Tile Zone the next time I'll do another remodel If you are thinking of doing a remodel of your home, you can't go wrong asking Tile Zone to make a bid, they are very reasonable too!

Sam is the owner of our Tile Zone. He came out with Abdel the project manager. They listened to my needs and discussed the project with me at lenght. They made sure that I understood the scope of the project and what I needed to supply. We discussed a timeline and all the different aspects of the work to be done. Sam provided a detailed estimate which was right in line with other estimates I had received. The work began the first week in November. The crew showed up when they said they would and completed the project in a timely manner. The guys were friendly and asked me questions whenever they needed to. The plumber even came out and worked all day on a Saturday. It is now the end of November and the completed project is beautifully done and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Tile Zone. They supplied the tear out, the plumbing,the tub replacement, the shower rebuild, the tiling, the replacement of the shower door and the floor complete with new baseboards. Thanks for a beautiful and timely job.

Sam, Abdel and the entire team did an amazing job. In the store I worked with Sam to pick out tiles, trim, bathtub, and accent tiles and discuss all the details of the installation. Sam was also helpful with letting me know what fixtures I needed to buy myself providing great advise on what to get. The entire crew worked quickly and efficiently to tear out the old, and repair any problems before starting the installation of the new materials. The installation process was extensive with drains needing to be moved and electrical work involved. The process was smooth, with any issues that came up being quickly addressed. The entire crew was very easy to work with and did excellent work. They showed up when they were supposed to and worked hard to get things done quickly without any sacrifice in quality. One of the things I learned about during the construction was the shower glass… Apparently it can be coated so you never get hard water stains and it comes with a 15 year warranty 😊 Overall, I’m super happy with the end result! I couldn’t have imagined such a beautiful bathroom.
